Canada offers streamlined immigration programs
specifically designed for caregivers

Permanent Residency Upon Arrival

One of the standout features is that caregivers will be granted permanent residency (PR) upon their arrival in Canada. This marks a major departure from the older programs, which often involved long waiting periods and uncertainty for applicants

Flexible Employment Options

Caregivers can work in various settings, such as providing care to individuals recovering from injuries, those requiring temporary assistance, or semi-independent individuals. This flexibility broadens employment opportunities and enhances job stability for participants.

Why hire a
representative?

While you can choose to hire a foreign caregiver or opt to apply directly as a caregiver in Canada, the paperwork and requirements often prove overwhelming and time-consuming for most people.

On top of that, while there is no longer the requirement of an LMIA application, employers must still complete the job offer form. The caregiver that has been selected for the position will require to submit a complete application for permanente evidence along with a requires for a work permit.

The caregiver must meet strict requirements and must provide sufficient evidence of eligibility. This is a complex type of submission and if not prepared properly and thoroughly, an application could be denied.

Success Stories

Don’t take our word for it. Have a look at hundreds of happy clients who have successfully achieved their immigration goals with our services!

We also felt at all times that we were in the very best of hands

We cannot say enough good things about this business. We began with a competitor but over and over the communication was inadequate, files to be submitted were insufficient.

So we started with CanadianVisas, we were explained a clear process of what was required for them to do their job and was also reassured that they would help us with what was required to be submitted.

Throughout the process we were kept informed of the progress along with what was needed. Any questions were promptly answered and fully explained.

We had a case manager that was a complete ROCK STAR!

Always available for any questions

Both Nir and Brittany were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They assisted both my wife and I with our work permits, and then upon arriving in Canada with our PR applications. Both were successful first time. I would recommend using CanadianVisas to anybody who is unsure of the process.

We encourage everyone who is looking to immigrate to use these people.

You will not be left out in the cold, you will be guided and informed.

Thank you CanadianVisas as words just simply cannot express our gratitude. :)

They were with me in every step I been through

I have used the services of CanadianVisas twice with regard to securing a visa to enable me to reside and work in Canada. The services offered by Mr Nir Rozenberg and his staff are unique in their efficiency. They have on both occasions secured a self employed visa for me.  I have found the service by both Mr Rozenberg and his colleagues to be highly professional in approach alongside integrity which adds to a relationship of trust.  The team were always available to follow up on any queries I had and I would highly recommend this company for anyone trying to navigate the self-employed working visa applications for Canada.

This is the best team you could ever choose or find.

I’m beyond grateful for the incredible support I received! After my self-prepared visitor visa was denied, this amazing team helped me secure approval to come to Canada and marry my same-sex partner—something we couldn’t do in the Philippines. They later guided us through the spousal sponsorship process, and I’m now a proud permanent resident of Canada. Their expertise and care changed my life, and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for making our dream a reality!.
